Work
Monica joined the team in June 2011 and is currently working as a researcher for Global Citizen. She has worked within different fields, both as a journalist in Norway on a local and regional scale, and as a campaign worker for Amnesty International in Galway.

Education
Monica has a Bachelors degree in Journalism and is currently enrolled in the MA program International Studies at Århus University. She also studied social science and psychology.

Areas of Interest
Her interests are broad, from international relations and politics, psychology and foreign languages to photography, blogging, as well as traveling and cooking world cuisine.

Personal
Monica is a Norwegian citizen, but has spent most of the last four years abroad living in Ireland, Germany and Denmark.
