Work
During the period of Bachelor’s Degree Deimnate worked as an intern in the Parliament of the Republic of Lithuania and worked as a volunteer for Non-governmental organization Actio Catholica Patria in collaboration with Youth Job Center in Kaunas and Lithuanian Red Cross Society. She also was an intern in Global Citizen, where she worked as a researcher. Currently she is working for a Non-govermental organization African Footprint International as a projects developer.

Education
Deimante Graduated at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Lithuania in 2010 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. During Bachelor's Degree she spent one semester at Univerzita sv. Cyrila a Metoda v Trnave (Slovakia) on Erasmus Scholarship. Currently she lives in Aarhus where she is studying for a Master's Degree in International Studies.

Areas of Interest
Deimante is interested in everything that has to do with globalization, cross-cultural interactions, and international relations. Currently, she focuses on the development of Africa, especially social issues.

Personal
She loves to travel, seeing new places and cultures and attempt to learn something new from different cultures and multinational surroundings. Deimante is involved in different activities as volunteer. She loves art and design related activities: visiting galleries, watching documentaries, biographies, reading books. She regularly practices sport, especially outdoor activities. Also, she enjoys participating in public events, going out with friends.
