This paper is a project description of a research program setting out to investigate the changes (if any) in the Danish "flexicurity model", and if so, the strengths of theses changes. The program is motivated by a tendency in the labour market literature to admire the Danish flexicurity model for its high rate of employment, low levels of unemployment, competitiveness and high level of social cohesion. The scientists behind the program suggest that changes in the flexicurity model will have effects on the collective labour market, and seek to understand these changes.
