This article show how Danes - via their holistic approach - to dealing with youth unemployment inspire the English. The Danish unemployment effort contains mainly educational planning and sums up all the things needed to get back to the labour market in a personal work plan, which is not only questions such as "how and when to apply", "which education should I choose". The personal plan is supported by a variety of other policies, e.g. incentives given to the private company owners when taking in a new apprentice.
