"An Aboriginal man serving seven years' jail for stabbing a friend who died 21 months later will be tried for murder after the High Court yesterday rejected claims he faced "double punishment" for the same crime. The man, PNJ, could now spend another 20 years in jail for the the 2002 attack in Thevenard, on the far west coast of South Australia.
