Africa Re(de)fines the Climate Dialogue
"The African Union's 10-country meeting attempting to establish a united front on climate change marks a potentially intriguing step along what has become a forgotten avenue of the UN climate process. It's a circuitous route; but hop on board, and I'll tell you why. Back in 1992, at the Rio de Janeiro Earth Summit, countries signing the UN climate convention endorsed the principle that countries should act to curb human-induced climate change according to their "common but differentiated responsibilities"."
