Work
Works with project development at Global Citizen besides his work as communication officer at New Europe, a Danish political organisation. Has been working as stagiaire in the Danish Embassy in Sarajevo and later in the European Parliament. Was founder and coordinator of Balkan Film Festival held in Aarhus, Copenhagen and Helsinki 2007/2008 and the association “Balkangruppen”.

Education
MA in History and European Studies at University of Aarhus, Denmark and University of Vilnius, Lithuania.

Areas of Interest
Main area of interest is the history and development of Europe and the European Union. Particular interest in Southeast Europe and the relations between ex-Yugoslav republics and the EU and the historical background for the conflicts in that area in the 90's.

Personal
Currently lives in Aarhus, and has a political motivation to work for a better functioning and more socially orientated EU, as well as for a stabile integration of Southeast Europe into the EU. Spare time goes with being a co-writer on a book about the history of the Balkans in Danish.
