Personal
Jakub is from the Czech Republic but as a child he spent 5 years in Germany, going to a German elementary and then grammar school. His bond to Germany was further strengthened when he studied in Berlin at the Freie Universität, writing his master thesis and working for the Czech Embassy there. He enjoys travelling and socializing with other people, working with languages, translating and reading interesting books. He also loves his bicycle and whenever he finds the time, he’s eager to go for a full-day ride in the Bohemian forests and mountains. When he has the opportunity, he likes to go for a hike in the mountains or explore an unknown city.
