This paper discusses the process of the Kolla tribe to protect their ancestral lands by obtaining land titles with the help of the international system to combat Argentina's neoliberal government structure. Not only does this paper discuss a specific tribe, but also accounts for the changing understand of Argentina's government towards the indigenous minority as well as international organizations involvement with the indigenous movement of Argentina.
