Making Disabled Workers Welcome

"The Japanese are ingenious in using the latest technology to enhance almost every aspect of their lives. Now they are developing new machines and working practices to create productive jobs for disabled people ... [but] In Japan, both private companies and government organisations are supposed to have a disabled workforce of about 2%, although many fail to reach that target.
