Jared Hennegan and James Franks of Bloodhound Gang could face criminal charges in Russia. Russia’s Investigative Committee has opened a criminal probe to investigate the guilt of the two band members who allegedly desecrated the Russian flag during a concert in Ukraine in July 2013. If charged and found guilty they could face up to five years in a penal colony.
