The Bureau of Labor Statistics is subject to a 5 percent budget cut and will stop its survey on green tech businesses – the Green Technologies and Practices Program (GTP program). In the GTP program businesses were asked if and in which areas they are making green transitions. Using this data, the GTP program could map green hubs and make suggestions for further development.
