A thorough analysis of the spanish economy. The paper portrays both the weaknesses as well as the strengths of the spanish economy. Using the weaknesses to create a "starting point" from which to rebuild a new spanish economy. Besides adressing the strenghts and weaknesses of the spanish ecoomy, the paper describes the economic policy strategy dividing the plans into 3 cateogies: the fiscal consolidations, the financial sector reforms and the structural reforms.
