Bachlor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Otago.

International relations and theory, indigenous populations, regional organisations, health and education policy.

Personal
Tom was born in Dunedin, New Zealand and later studied there following his childhood in Christchurch. He has worked in a variety of jobs including factory worker, freezing worker and as a fruit picker. He enjoys sports, particularly rugby, cricket and skiing. Other interests include music and reading.
