Primarily adult education; dance, art, English, and cultural morals. She also taught vegetarian cooking for several years and has been the kitchen manager of various restaurants, schools, and youth hostels.

Education
Currently completing a BA in Aesthics and Culture, with a minor in Organisational Philosophy and Ethics at Aarhus University in Denmark. Previous schooling in dance and art.

Areas of Interest
Has been working periodically with cultural and environmental issues since the early 70's. Her interests involve cooperation and communication between cultures, the right to both individual and creative expression, and studies of physical and psychological surroundings.

Personal
Sandy grew up in Florida, but after travelling in Europe she moved to Denmark in the early 80's. Her previous work with NGOs has consisted of founding an ecology club, co-coordinating a vegetarian restaurant project, and cooking at a retreat center for socially burdened families. She has a son and is now also blessed with a grandson.
