Work
Roxana is currently working for Global Citizen as a business advisor. She was previously employed at Rambøll Management A/S in Aarhus, as an International Project Assistant and at Charlemagne Capital as a Junior Financial Analyst and Country Manager Assistant. She held short a term intern position at the Local Tax Administration in Bucharest and Romanian Bank of Development (BRD), Group Société Générale.

Education
She is following a Msc of Finance and International Business course at Aarhus School of Business, after having graduated from the Faculty of Finance, Banks, Insurances and Stock Exchange at the Academy of Economical Studies (Bucharest). She has been a one year Erasmus student at the Université de Sciences Sociales Toulouse (UT1), thus enhancing her international experience.

Areas of Interest
Areas such as strategy and business development, financial management, international expansion and corporate finance are most appealing to Roxana.

Personal
She is an energetic and balanced person that is always taking up new challenges that could be a catalyst for more knowledge accumulation. She is easily adaptable to any environment and relies mostly in her capabilities to effectively communicate to people. She enjoys travelling and dancing. She is actively involved in Aiesec, mainly in the External Relations department.
