Work
Decided to take a year of internships to gain some work related experience between his bachelor's and his master's. Now doing an internship at the National Co-operative Council of Sri Lanka at moment.
Education
Finished his Gymnasium (Gymnase in French speaking Switzerland) in 2007. Studied for his bachelor's degree in Political Science the following two years. The first two years were at the University of Lausanne, with an emphasis on Sociology and the last of those years was done as an Erasmus student at Copenhagen Business School, with some classes at Copenhagen University, where the emphasis this time was on Political Economics. He is waiting for his latest results to reach his home university for his bachelor's degree.
Areas of Interest
Global governance, especially in the areas of private governance, illegal governance, ecological governance and economic governance; management of the commons; federalism; (semi) direct governance schemes and unconventional warfare.
Personal
Due to his personal and familial history he has been lucky enough to live in Manila, Buenos Aires, Bogota, Lausanne, Copenhagen and presently in Colombo; he feels that each of these stays have taught him something about how the people see the world differently, as well as about himself and how he sees the world as well as a useful mix of working languages. Still a part of AIESEC, it is only a logical step for him to join another professional network, although the work is here different, his understanding of it is that the final aim of both organisations is pretty similar, to have a positive impact on society.
His personal interests out of the academic and work field are freeride skiing, spearfishing and freediving, climbing, watches and literature.
