Nawid Alizai

Work
Nawid is currently working for Global Citizen as an editor and researcher. In addition, he also helps his father run his business in order to get additional business experience.

Education
He is a BA student at Aarhus School of Business, Aarhus University, having just completed his first year studying business law. He graduated from high school in 2008 from Viby Gymnasium & HF.

Areas of Interest
Nawid is interested in economics and how it influences social politics. He is especially interested in how to develop a solid economy on a national level, based on agriculture, in a third world country.

Personal
Nawid was born in Afghanistan, but moved to Ukraine and then to Denmark, due to the war in his home country. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to music and occasionally he also plays the drums. He speaks Pashto, Farsi, Urdu, English, Danish, and a little Russian.
