Worked in government service for 26-years since 1981 up to 2009 and held different positions from administration, records, personnel, liason officer, communications, procurement and human resources.

Education

Finished high school in 1975 and studied electronics & communication engineering at University of Santo Tomas Manila, just one year and took other courses at the university of the assumption, bachelor of science in commerce, major in accounting in 1979.

Area of Interest

World citizenship issues and globalization. As we have only one planet earth, we should be allowed to travel without hindrance of any national government, people were divided because of their mental nationalistic and every nation cannot stop the famine, conflict, hunger, war, as well as self-interest of each nations of the world unless people of the world can create ONE WORLD of ONE GOVERNMENT & ONE PARLIAMENTARY form of government.
