Work
Martina is temporarily working as an intern at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Her main focus is Youth in the Social and Economic Affair Department. In her free time she works as a volunteer for Global Citizen and Amnesty.
Education
Martina graduated at the University of Turin, Italy in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree in Languages for Communication (English and German). During her Bachelor's Degree she spent two semesters at the Technische Universitaet Dresden on Erasmus Scholarship. After graduating she moved to Dublin where she attended a Pre-Master's Course in International Relations. Currently she is attending a Master's Degree in International Studies at Aarhus University.
Areas of Interest
Martina is interested in everything that has to do with culture, languages and adventures. In particular, she focuses on development and globalization, in particular human rights and gender issues.
Personal
Martina loves to travel. As soon as she can spare some money and has a few days off, she flies somewhere. She is also interested in learning languages and is involved in different activities as volunteer. She regularly practices sport, especially outdoor activities. She also likes cooking with friends.
