Researcher with Global Citizen. Currently also working as a Research Assistant with professor Favell at Aarhus University.

Education
Luca is enrolled in the MA programme in European Studies at Aarhus University (2009-2011). In 2008, he graduated in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation at the University of Padua, Italy. He spent the third year of his Bachelor at the University of Bergen, Norway, as an exchange student.

Personal
Luca was born and raised in Padua, Italy. His Erasmus experience in Norway inspired him to travel, study and live abroad. In 2009, before enrolling at Aarhus University, he worked for three months in Quepos, Costa Rica, as a receptionist in a backpackers hostel. He then travelled around Central America for a couple of months.
 
During his MA, he was a delegate sent by Aarhus University to the World Model United Nation (WorldMUN 2011) in Singapore in March 2011. This simulation, organized yearly by Harvard University, was a great opportunity to challenge himself with on an international stage, debating on crucial political issues with representatives from the most prestigious universities worldwide. While there, he also took the chance to travel around South-East Asia.

During his studies, he had several part-time and full-time jobs, as a private teacher, barman, receptionist, cook, construction worker, waiter, etc.

He speaks fluent Italian (native speaker), English and Spanish. Good skills in the Danish language, and he also has a basic knowledge of French and Norwegian.
