Linda Shaba




Work

Linda is currently interning as an outreach officer for RSE et Développement, a French-language CSR ressource centre. She will consequently intern as a researcher for Anakout CSR Consultancy, based in Singapore until the end of 2012. Linda has been a researcher for Global Citizen since July 2011. Previously she has worked as an event manager for a charity in London and has volunteered for Amnesty International UK. Her experience also includes customer service, banking administration and conferencing.

Education
Linda holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from London Metropolitan University. She is currently studying for the MA programme in International Studies at Aarhus University. Other academic experiences include a diploma in international tourism, as well as courses in applied languages in law and linguistic from the University of Paris 7.

Areas of Interest
Linda has developed a keen interest in Corporate Social Responsibility, especially in the applicability of international standards and the relationship between CSR and the Law. Linda also has an interest in international politics and government relations. Her curiosity has often drawn her to observe and analyse global and regional interactions.

Personal
Linda was born and raised in Paris. She then moved to live in London, Edinburgh and Singapore. She enjoys travelling, learning languages and roller-blading.
