Work
Joined Global Citizen as an Editor in 2011. Currently working in Amminex A/S, a Danish company within the industry of diesel engine emissions reduction. She is in the Materials Development department as a student worker. Previously worked at Amminex A/S in the Fuel Cells department and in the Technical Department in BrexRe, reinsurance company in the energy sector.

Education
Anna holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Catalunya (Barcelona, Spain). She wrote her final thesis as an exchange student in Denmark, studying the kinetics of steam reforming in Fuel Cells. She is about to complete a MSc degree in Sustainable Energy at the Technical University of Denmark in Copenhagen. She wrote her Master Thesis in collaboration with Harldor Topsøe. She has also participated in short engineering courses at several European universities under the student organization BEST.

Areas of Interest
Fuels Cells and hydrogen storage. Renewable energies in general and their integration into the energy sector.

Personal
Born and raised in Barcelona, Anna lived there until she moved to Denmark in late 2008. Interests include sports (she is a former gymnast and diver), travelling, languages and handicrafts. In her free time she enjoys running, playing squash, figure skating and baking bread. She has also done some volunteering jobs, and was a facilitator for two weeks in an international climate camp in Sønderborg. Attended COP15 in 2009 under the YOUNGO constituency.
